Pick a time. We come to you.

How the visit works

1. Pick an open time. We work Monday to Saturday.
2. Pay the service visit fee to lock in your time. Your confirmation and receipt come by email.
3. A technician diagnoses the problem and explains your options and the quote.
4. If repairs are needed, you approve the price first and pay any balance after the work is finished.

• $149 service visit, residential HVAC
• $189 service visit, commercial HVAC
• $119 service visit, commercial refrigeration

You pay the visit fee when you book. It is non-refundable and is credited toward your repair total. Any balance is confirmed with you first and charged only after the work is finished. Visits that start after 5 PM add a $150 after-hours booking fee, paid at the same time.
