Privacy policy

How Elite Heating and Air handles your information. Last updated October 27, 2026.

What we collect

We collect only what we need to answer you, book and do the work:

• What you send us: name, phone, email, service address, and details about your system or problem when you request a quote, ask for a call back, book a visit, or apply to work with us.
• Payments: if you book a repair, your card is handled by Square. We never see or store your full card number. Square may save the card on file so any balance can be charged after the visit, with your approval.
• Chat: messages you type into the website helper. Please do not put card numbers or other sensitive details in the chat.
• Calls and texts: if you call or text us we keep the number and what was said, so we can follow up on your request.
• Website use: basic technical data such as your browser type and pages visited. When our analytics or advertising tags are on, Google may set cookies and see how you reached the site. A Google ad click ID is kept in your browser for the visit so we can tell which ad led to your request.

How we use it

To reply to you, schedule and perform service, send quotes, invoices and receipts, charge for approved work, follow up after a visit (including one email asking for a Google review), keep records for warranty and tax purposes, prevent fraud and misuse, and measure which pages and ads work. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for anything unrelated to your service.

Who we share it with

Only the companies and people who help us run the business, and only what they need:

• Square: payments, customer records, scheduling and invoices.
• Resend: sending our emails and receipts.
• Netlify: hosting this website and running its forms.
• Google: analytics and advertising measurement when enabled, and Google Business reviews.
• Anthropic: the AI service that writes the website helper's replies to your chat messages.
• Installation partners: if a job needs a subcontractor, they get the address and job details required to do the work.

We may also share information when the law requires it or to protect people and property.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses very little tracking. Our own pages need no cookies to work. If Google Analytics or Google Ads measurement is turned on, Google sets cookies to count visits and ad results. We respect the Global Privacy Control setting: if your browser sends it, we do not load Google analytics or advertising tags for your visit. You can also block cookies in your browser, use Google's analytics opt-out, or change your ads with Google Ad Settings. Blocking them does not stop you from booking or calling.

Calls, texts and emails

When you give us your number or email you agree that we may call, text or email you about your request, quote, visit or invoice. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text and we stop texting you, and reply to any email asking us to stop to get no more messages from us. Agreeing is never a condition of buying anything. We do not send marketing to people who have not asked for service.

How long we keep it

We keep job, invoice and payment records as long as needed for warranty service, taxes and legal requirements. Quote requests that do not become jobs are kept for a limited time so we can follow up. You can ask us to delete your information, and we will unless the law or an open warranty or payment matter requires us to keep it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can stop texts and emails at any time. Call (445) 201-1231 or reply to any email from us. Some states give residents more rights, and we honor reasonable requests from anyone. We will not treat you differently for asking.

Security and children

We use secure connections, a payment processor that is built for card data, and limited access to our records. No website is perfectly secure, so please keep what you send to what is needed. This site is for adults and is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
